MYELOMA ALBERTA SUPPORT SOCIETY

WELCOME TO MYELOMA ALBERTA SUPPORT SOCIETY

We are a non-profit charitable organization formed and run by people living with myeloma and their supporters. Our purpose is to provide support to people living with myeloma, their caregivers, family and friends, as they deal with diagnosis and treatment.

We organize monthly meetings as well as educational events which provide fellowship, peer support, and information for all of us sharing a similar cancer experience.

UPCOMING MEETINGS

Our next Support Group meeting will be on Saturday April 13th, 2024 at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church at 11223 - 51 Avenue from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

MULTIPLE MILES FOR MYELOMA 2024

It is that time of year again when we start planning Multiple Miles for Myeloma. This year’s event is planned for Saturday July 20th, 2024. Once again it will be taking place at Hermitage Park.

Over the last 15 years we have raised over 1.5 million dollars. These efforts have gone directly to the University of Alberta Faculty of Medicine to be applied to myeloma research.
